1. Services

Stonevale Exterior Co. provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and related services in the Bryan–College Station, TX area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ from what was described (e.g., property size, level of buildup, access restrictions). We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number through our website contact form, phone call, or any other means, you consent to receive text messages from Stonevale Exterior Co. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, quote follow-ups, and job completion notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive services.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or required deposit for future bookings.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known conditions that could affect service (e.g., fragile surfaces, existing damage, plants or fixtures near work areas). Stonevale Exterior Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that were not disclosed prior to service.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stonevale Exterior Co.'s liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
